Terms and Conditions & Consumer Statement

1. Promoter

This offer is promoted by Damian Trading as EudaTech, a sole proprietorship registered in South Africa, contactable at [email protected]. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

Open to businesses or individuals in Cape Town, South Africa, aged 18 or older.

Participants must:

• Send an initial email to [email protected] to start the quote process.
• Respond to the promoter's initial email with answers to requested questions.
• Complete the quote process outlined in subsequent emails from [email protected].
• Sign the digital quote provided by the promoter to confirm agreement.

A valid quote is achieved only upon signing the quote, qualifying the participant for the offer.

Submission deadline: 11:59 PM SAST, June 30, 2025.

Employees, affiliates, or immediate family of Damian Trading as EudaTech are ineligible.

One entry per business or individual.

3. Offer Details

Ten (10) participants with valid signed quotes will be selected to receive a free website valued at approximately R20,000 each.

The website includes: custom design, up to 5 pages, basic search engine optimization.

Excludes: ongoing maintenance, premium features (e.g., advanced e-commerce), or third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, website costing, bandwidth costs, etc.).

Selection method: random draw from all valid signed quotes, at the promoter's discretion.

Winners will be notified via email within 7 business days after signing the digital quote, and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted or declines, an alternate may be selected.

4. Consumer Statement

Participation is free; no purchase or payment is required to enter.

Signing a quote does not guarantee a free website; only 10 winners will be selected from valid entries.

Personal information (e.g., business name, email, responses to quote questions) will be used solely for processing quotes, managing this offer, and contacting winners, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Data is securely stored and processed via email ([email protected]). For details, contact the promoter.

Participants may withdraw consent for data use or delete data by emailing [email protected].

If you are not an ongoing client, your personal data is deleted from our records within 30 business days.

The promoter is not liable for technical issues (e.g., email delivery failures) beyond reasonable control.

5. General Terms

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

The promoter may disqualify entries for fraud, spam, or non-compliance with the quote process.

By participating, you agree to these T&Cs and the promoter's decisions, which are final.
